Attached is the ‘raw data’ for the Cotswold District Council SHLAA. This data is presented in tabular form, building upon the findings of each Panel.
Further assessment was made of the 0-5year sites by Heritage and Design team, in line with the requests of the Panel and to ensure that these sites, which may form part of the 5 year land supply, to give more accurate site capacity figures.
In addition, all sites were assessed against the SFRA Climate Change maps, in line with PPS25, to withdraw those in Flood Zones 3b, where development should not be permitted, and highlight those in Zone 3a, which should only be allocated where there are insufficient sites in Zones 1 and 2 and where the exceptions test can be met.
The full report will be available by December 2009, but information on individual sites can be tracked through the documents available online now.
