The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) will provide evidence to help support the delivery of sufficient land to meet the community's housing needs through the preparation of the emerging Cotswold District Local Development Framework (LDF). The primary role of the SHLAA is to identify sites with potential for housing, assess their housing potential; and assess when they are likely to be developed.
