Cotswold District Council appointed White Young Green and Donaldsons LLP to prepare the Employment Land Study, published in March 2007, to form part of the evidence base for the emerging Local Development Framework (which will eventually replace the Local Plan). The study provides an evidence base relating to the future economic development of the District.
The study is a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative assessment of employment sites and premises within Cotswold District, together with an assessment of future requirements. The study draws together information gathered during the three stages of appraisal, assessment and recommendations, to compile clear future employment land strategies and policies within the Cotswold District.
