Annual Monitoring Report 2007- 2008
This is the fourth AMR produced by Cotswold District and it covers the monitoring period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008. The AMR is not consulted on, but is submitted to the Secretary of State by the 31st December each year.
Regular monitoring is vital to establish what is happening now and what may happen in the future, which in turn will indicate and inform any required changes to policies and plans. The AMR is the document used to demonstrate the 5 Year Housing Land Supply.

NB - The supplementary housing trajectory below is based on the RSS-only draft housing requirement (Feb 09) and is placed here for transparency and to anticipate the RSS's adoption, but is not the agreed County methodology, used to demonstrate the 5 year supply and therefore is not included within the AMR. It is the 3rd housing trajectory associated with this transitional period AMR, and is intended to supplement the 'current development plan' housing trajectory and 'emerging development plan' trajectory, (which to ensure consistency follows on from the Structure Plan mid-year period until the draft RSS's formal adoption date) within the AMR. The Housing Indicators remain based on the current adopted development plan.
