The Annual Monitoring Report covers the monitoring period from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011.
Regular monitoring is vital to establish what is happening now and what may happen in the future, and this in turn indicates and informs any required changes to planning policies and plans. The AMR also demonstrates the 5 Year Housing Land Supply.
